I've been tuning and servicing pianos for more than 20 years now.

Everything from little 6 octave mini-uprights, through to 9 foot Concert grands.

I qualified in 1986 after 3 years at the Royal National College in Hereford,

where I learned the traditional tuning techniques that date back

hundreds of years, which means I use my ears, NOT a machine!
